Our builder's warranty inspection delivers a detailed list of defects for you to give your builder before your new home warranty expires.

Most builders’ warranties typically expire one – two years after closing. Having the home inspected 1–2 months prior to expiring ensures all defects and concerns are properly documented. Upon completion, we’ll deliver a detailed report which doubles as a “punch list” for you to give the builder before you become responsible for those repairs and answer any questions you might have.
