3rd Party Testing

Some of the services we provide are conducted in coordination with trusted third-party specialists who possess the required credentials, expertise, and equipment for the job.  While we may collect samples, certain services are best—and often required—to be performed by licensed professionals. They include:

Septic & Sewer Inspections.  While we can perform a cursory inspection, state regulations require these inspections to be done by a licensed contractor. In most cases inspection fees are waived if repairs are completed by the contractor.

Mold, & Mildew Testing.  All samples are submitted to a lab for testing.

Radon Testing. Quite simply specialists are better trained and equipped to provide this service.

Water Testing. All samples are submitted to a lab for testing.

WDO Inspections. We identify wood destroying organisms with all standard inspections however when required Form 13645 must be filled out and filed by a state licensed pest specialist.
